We provide both face to face and online 1:1 coaching packages. Covering all areas of strength, fitness, weight loss, nutrition and mental wellbeing. Our packages can also be tailored to focus on sports specific improvement including running, cycling and triathlon.

12 Week 1:1 Training Plan

Tailored 12 week plan that targets your goals and builds week-on-week.

Supported throughout every phase with regular scheduled check in’s, training sessions and reviews, this 12 week plan requires commitment but delivers what you need to achieve lasting results.

Monthly Membership

This is designed to help clients who struggle to train consistently and want support to help change their habits. Dan Kibby Fitness monthly membership provides you with weekly 1:1 structured training sessions, accountability and continuous support.

There are various options available where you can choose to train 1:1 more regularly

Personalised Nutrition Plan

Detailed diet and nutrition plan tailored to you and your lifestyle. Includes an initial consultation and review of your lifestyle, habits and goals. You'll receive a detailed plan and ongoing support including guidance on calories, macro and micro-nurtrients explaining what to eat, when to eat and how to balance your diet to make lasting changes and achieve your goals.

Online Coaching & Mentoring

Programme design, nutrition, accountability, support, mindset education and a whole lot more! Anyone can commit to working out 1 hour a day, it is what you do in the other 23 hours that will have the biggest impact on your journey. Allow me to mentor and educate you with my 15+ years experience and my expert knowledge of how to get results.
