WELCOME TO DAN KIBBY FITNESS

Hi, I'm Dan, founder of Dan Kibby Fitness.

Over the past 15 years I've built a successful Personal Training and Nutrition business focusing on personalised 1:1 training. Throughout this time I've worked with hundreds of clients, ranging from absolute beginners - looking for guidance and structure, to professional performance based athletes such as boxers and triathletes. Dan Kibby Fitness encompasses all aspects of health, nutrition, sport and fitness irrespective of your ability or experience.

I graduated from University with a Sports Science degree and worked in gyms building my knowledge and gaining additional skills and fitness qualifications. It was during these early years I developed a passion for strength and conditioning, which I have pursued ever since. In addition to gym based training I'm also a qualified British Triathlon coach and often compete in triathlons in the UK and Europe, so far the highlights have included completing 2 full distance Ironman events and 5 full marathons.

 

I know what it takes to achieve results, and by results I do not just mean losing lbs. I will educate and impact on your mindset so you know the how and the why. It is about the learning along your fitness journey not just arriving at the destination. I cannot promise it will be easy but it will be worth it. With the right plan, motivation, expertise, guidance and compassion I believe everyone can achieve what they crave and more.

 

No client is the same, so what works for them, probably won’t work for you. That’s why I always begin with a detailed 1:1 consultation - to help me understand you, your history, your training experiences / habits, your goals and any concerns you may have. I will then devise and provide you with guidance and training through a meticulously constructed programme specific to you. I will endeavor to ensure you achieve.

 

I also don’t believe in just being your personal trainer for the 1 or 2 hours a week you train with me in the gym. Fitness is a lifestyle, and it is so much more than ‘physical’ exercise therefore you get a 24/7 commitment from me including access to our private members group where you'll meet other clients who are each on similar journeys. I will guide and support you throughout, helping you both mentally and psychologically too, changing the way you feel and think about nutrition and exercise, helping your to achieve your goals and make fitness part of your lifestyle.
